Introduction:
Hello, we are Danielle and Michael. Thank you for getting to know us. Please be assured that we will support you in whatever choice you make.
About Us:
We love having fun and making each other laugh! We go to football games, Broadway shows, concerts and day trips to discover local historical sites. We love to travel; but also love spending time at home together cooking and watching movies.
Our story begins when we met working at a law firm in 2009. After taking the time to get to know each other, we discovered that we shared beliefs, interests, and morals and began dating in 2012. We got engaged in 2014, and we tied the knot in 2015.
We love to travel! We are excited to share the awe and wonder of travel with a child. Some of our favorite places are Washington DC, Aruba, New York City, Boston, New Orleans, the Outer Banks, Greece, Rehoboth, and the New Jersey Shore. We have never been to Disney World (we know—we can’t believe it either!) We are excited to go there for the first time and share the excitement with a child.
Meet Danielle:
Danielle attended Catholic school from Kindergarten through twelfth grade. She went on to a local State College, where she majored in Musical Theater and Voice, while holding down a job. Danielle currently works as a unit clerk at a local hospital. Danielle is creative and passionate. She loves attending concerts and musicals. Performing remains her primary hobby and interest. She looks forward to becoming an adoptive parent with great optimism and joy.
Meet Michael:
Michael attended public school from Kindergarten through twelfth grade. He continued his education at a Catholic college where he studied Communications and worked at the college radio station. He currently works as a claims adjuster for a small insurance agency. Michael is outgoing, helpful and friendly. He enjoys spending time with Danielle, playing video games and going to the gym. Michael is eager to become a Dad and looks forward to the day when he can share his life and love with a child.
Our Extended Families:
Danielle is very close with her family. Her parents, Kathleen and Vincent, have been married for over forty years. She has one younger sister, Jenna, who has been married to her husband, Justin, for six years. Danielle also helped to raise her goddaughter, Julia, who is now 23. Danielle’s cousin, Rene, chose Danielle and Michael as godparents to her daughter in 2023.
Michael comes from a large family. His parents, Barbara and Larry, have been married for over 40 years. Michael has three sisters, Kelly, Colleen, and Megan. Michael and Danielle love spending time with his sisters and their husbands and their eight nieces and nephews. Michael and his family are extremely close. They spend a lot of time at each other’s homes enjoying holidays and family celebrations together. They especially enjoy cheering the children on at their various sporting events. The entire group of 18 love to go on family vacations together! Everyone is excited at the prospect of adding a new little cousin to the family. Grandma and Pop-Pop have more love to share with a new grandchild.
Yours will be the first grandchild on Danielle’s side of the family, so you can only imagine how spoiled he or she will be! Aunt Jenna already has a giant stuffed giraffe to welcome the little one.
Our Home and Community:
In addition to getting married and having a family, we always wanted to own a home. In 2021 we made that dream a reality when we purchased our condominium. We are renovating our kitchen, where we love making meals together. Then we will be converting our spare bedroom into a nursery. We are so proud of how comfortable and cozy we have made our home so far. We also love cozying up in our living room to watch movies and TV. Our town is very quaint. We are not far from the local elementary school, within walking distance of the town playground and a short drive to the local lake. Since our town is very multicultural there are also many different food options and cultural events. We can’t wait to introduce new flavors and make new memories with a child.
We have a large supportive friend group both locally and across the country. There are many children in the group, and we can’t wait to see our child share in the fun.

Thank you for spending some time with us. We will be eternally grateful if you help us realize our dream. But you will always be a hero in our book regardless of your decision as long as it feels right for you and your baby.
